Reference 1183: TTV butterfly valve with food-grade silicone seat and stainless-steel disc Our reference 1183 is a wafer butterfly valve with food-grade silicone seat and polished stainless-steel disc, from the TTV brand range. It is most often used in high temperature applications but also with oil, acids, air or inert gas, and with alimentary products. Made up of an EN-GJS-500-7 ductile iron body (RAL 5024 colour Rilsan-coated, 250-300 microns thickness), a polished CF8M stainless-steel disc, and a removable food-grade silicone seat, this wafer type butterfly valve comes with DN32 to DN300 diameters and mounting between flanges PN10/16 and class 150 (PN20). With a maximum service pressure of 16 bar and withstanding a wide range of temperatures (from -40 °C up to +150 °C), our TTV wafer butterfly valve also enjoys a number of other technical features: ISO 5211 mounting pad Full crossing stem Long neck for isolation 9-position lever: with locking device up to DN200, stop in all positions but non-lockable from DN250 to 300 Good to know: the alimentary silicone seat is FDA certified, and the CF8M stainless-steel disc is polished in order to prevent food residue.
